I appreciate the interest, but we have other things we need to get done first aside from fandom related things. Real Life can be quite demanding, unfortunately.
And we’d appreciate if it was the only demanding thing.
Three.
Karkat Vantas
A somewhat stringy young man on the last leg of his teen years with a fiery temper and smart mouth to match. He had the misfortune of being at the wrong place at the wrong time and was abducted for the thriving slave trade in the Machinist capital. He wasn’t on the market for very long, as a wealthy tradeprince bought Karkat for the challenge of taming his defiant spirit.
The reinforced collar around his neck is secured with a Machinist locking mechanism. His master has the only key.
Gamzee prefers a monogamous lifestyle.
They are going to appear as secondary characters and some may not appear at all. Some may be human, some may not be.
For example, Eridan’s lusus is his personal bodyguard and traveling companion. He is a loyal trained soldier.
Karkat’s concept
he is a runaway slave who got himself into a bit of trouble.
The Imperialists.
A kingdom who leans more towards religious ideals, justice, and political power. They are a mainland power that stretches far across the larger continent. They focus more on the expansion of their religion and culture and do not think twice on crushing anyone who does not convert.
The Machinists.
A republic nation that is more interested in technological progress, capitalism, and resource gain. Their capital is on the smaller continent but their navy is fearsome and powerful. They mainly have trade ports and colonies on the main continent and a few that touch the wilds of the untamed eastern world.
The Wayfarers.
A united yet distant collection of nomads that have an odd system of order based on mutual respect. Some members are the remnants of ancient tribes who were forced out by growing outside powers, and some are outcasts from other nations.
There are also a few smaller pocket nations that either ally themselves with one of the larger two for protection, or desperately try to stay neutral trade points.
Since this AU is more of its own original story that simply uses an AU version of the characters, the name is being changed to fit a less standard Homestuck format. It will be written in a prose, journal, and illustrated style that will read like an illustrated novel than a more canon following AU.
The main character is Gamzee, who is the king of his people. So the title of the AU centers around him.

This also avoids any negative associations people may have had with earlier choices.
